1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between APOLLOBASE GmbH, Stuttgart ("APOLLOBASE"), and its clients for the provision of services (including web development, e-commerce, online marketing, AI and custom software).

Conflicting terms of the client do not become part of the contract unless APOLLOBASE expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Subject matter & free consultation

The subject matter is the individually agreed service. The free consultation bookable via this website is non-binding and free of charge; it does not establish an engagement.

3. Offers, prices & payment

The specific scope, prices and payment terms follow from the respective offer or order. (Detailed provisions follow in the final version.)

4. Client cooperation

The client provides the content, access and information required to perform the service in good time. (Detailed provisions follow.)

5. Liability

APOLLOBASE is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. The precise liability terms will be specified in the final version of these GTC.

6. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
