A sales funnel is a step-by-step path that a customer goes from recognizing your product to purchasing. A sales funnel is the promotion of a user through a sales funnel through auto-messaging and collecting customer information. Why are a sales funnel named funnel? Because at every step, disinterested customers “fall out”. Typically, the picture is something like this: 800 people came to the site, 200 were added to the basket and about 50 made a purchase, that is, at each step of the funnel many potential customers are lost. In reality, the percentage of those who bought is scanty.  In the case of an auto funnel, automatic messages work precisely with this problem - they keep customers and reduce losses at every step, thereby expanding the funnel steps. Auto funnel gently transfers customers from one step to another, while maintaining their interest. A sales funnel brings customers from familiarity with the product to purchase. An automatic sales funnel means that this is done with automatic tools, not manually. Implementation options may be different, but, as a rule, there is a fixed set of actions - a scenario that is carried out using marketing automation tools. An auto funnel allows you to use your product to its full potential to attract customers. Many businesses have the problem with attracting and retaining customers is solved simply: to hire more sales managers, bring more traffic to the site, that is, spend more money. But if the money is spent inefficiently, you will not be able to get enough profit and stay afloat.  The introduction of an auto funnel allows you to:
  • increase lifetime income from a client;
  • extend the life of the client;
  • increase total revenue;
  • reduce the cost of attracting a client;
  • Optimize your advertising costs.
